This basic version(2.0) is for those like to learn Zhong guo hua (Chinese, Mandarin). This version help beginer to learn Chinese alphabet, Phonetic symbol of Chinese Characters ,basic strokes and Chinese characters Components. It’s a simple, efficient, and comprehensive tool and designed for the beginners.

1. You will learn the pronunciation of 21 shengmu and 26 yunmu. When you master all these basic letters, you can learn the 1210 Chinese pinyin, which include the pronunciation of 5208 common –used characters. As for the pronunciation of Chinese Pinyin , our product will supply two ways for you: one is to teach you the process of pronunciation, that is first to read ShengMu, then to read Yunmu and last the pronunciation of this Pinyin, which is mastered by all the Chinese pupils in their first grade. Another one is to play the pronunciation of Pinyin directly. It is very useful to learn the process of pronunciation when you use Chinese in future such as reading Chinese paper and inputting Chinese characters with Pinyin.

2. There is a listening system to test your aural comprehension of each Chinese Pinyin, which can help you to master all the Chinese Pinyin’s pronunciation well in this product.

3. You will learn 37 basic strokes and 169 Chinese character components in this part. The product chooses 169 Chinese character components as the basic components from 5200 Chinese center words. If you can master all the 169 basic components, it means you master the writing way of 95% Chinese characters in all the Chinese words.

Chinese Alphabet and Phonetic symbol of Chinese Characters.

a.The first item in left list box, Pinyin, is Chinese Alphabet. Other items (from a to z) are Phonetic symbol of Chinese Characters. The last item is Exercise that you may test your listening.

b. When you learn Chinese Alphabet and Phonetic symbol of Chinese Characters, you should refer to the The Basic Knowledge of Chinese in Appendix, It introduce the basic knowledge of Alphabet and Phonetic symbol of Chinese Characters. It is useful. The following illustrate.

c.On the right, you move mouse’s cursor on a item, the arrow-cursor changes into hand-cursor, at this time, click the mouse left button, you will hear the pronunciation. For example: you want to listen T’s pronunciation, move mouse’s cursor on the T and click left mouse’s button. the following illustrate.

d.When you select item (from A to Z) on the left, the right area list relevant Phonetic symbol of Chinese Characters. There are dual mode of pronunciation, click the mouse right button on the right area, you will see a ‘PoP’flag.The following illustrate. If PoP flag is checked, you will hear process of pronunciation, otherwise you will hear last pronunciation. Every pupil in China is master of process of pronunciation.

Note:The PoP flag is unusable in section of A, O, E, and part of W and Y. In section of J, Q, X, you will see comments in the bottom .

e. Manual Exercise (Listen and Choose)

   (e-1). You select Exercise item on the left first, and enter the test window. The following is:

Note: You will receive a different exam in each click.

(e-4). Click to listen to pronunciation, then choose a correct answer you think from the right answer list and click it. If you choose the right answer,'******' will change into the right Pinyin. Otherwise you will see wrong message windows. If you can not find the right answer, please click '?',you will obtain the right answer. mark the current pronunciation you listen to.

The basic Strokes and Chinese Character Components are very important to learn Chinese. If you can master all the 169 basic components, it means you master the writing way of 95% Chinese characters in all the Chinese words. It only spends your 90 days in mastering it.

Click items in Name column, you will hear pronunciation of stroke.Click items in Sroke column to see stroke's Demo. Click chinese characters in Word column to see stroke's writting in it.

b.Chinese Characters Components

Operation of this tabpage is as same as The basic strokes tabpage.
