Specifications:
Mandatory: <br>
1. 1-3 years solid experience in Java, J2EE development. <br>
2. Ability to work under pressure on tight schedule. <br>
3. Effective communication skills in spoken and written English; <br>
4. Strong problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills. <br>
5. Proactive, self-motivated, open-minded and able to work as part of a team.<br>
Advantage:
1. IBM Rational Software Architect experience <br>
2. WebSphere Portal experience <br>
3. MQ experience <br>
4. Quick learner <br>
