In charge of getting new big international accounts (distribution, telecommunication, finance, etc.) and important Chinese private/public companies. The main goal will be to hunt for projects and staff needs. 开拓国际化大型客户（如渠道销售，电信，金融）及重要国内民营/国营企业.主要目标是获取客户的项目及技术人员需求<br />

Dealing with sales quota, contract negotiation, and pricing decision 处理询价，合同谈判及决定价格<br />
<br />
Implementing sales-related process: account management, customer service and sales follow-up 负责销售相关事务：客户维护，客户服务及销售事务跟进<br />
<br />
Working close to technical team: helped out by technical presales/project manager to get new contract signed 与技术团队密切合作，在技术售前/项目经理协助下获得新的订单<br />

Requirement: <br />
Degree preferred in computer science or business related field 计算机及营销相关专业本科以上学历优先<br />

At least 2 years sales experience in IT industry including 1 year in time billing/staffing sales. Related experience in an international IT company is a plus 至少2年IT行业销售经验，其中1年IT服务外包销售经验.大型IT外包公司相关工作经验优先<br />
